Nice little and enchanting hotel with a lovely interior. Very, very nice, enthusiastic staff members on the night shift. Airy room and modern on the lower floors. Superb food, coffee and tea. Brilliant amazing location, in a separate dining area. Again, walking distance to a Clarence pier.

The hotel was spotless and the location was marvellous close to the promenade. The room was big size and budget, had central heating, an iron, and an electronic key card, I truly enjoyed it. The staff were welcoming and the breakfast was excellent and delicious with black pudding and the gluten free offering which was plentiful.

The hotel's location was great, just a short walk from the seafront and in a convenient area. The staff were friendly and approachable, offering excellent customer service. The room was lovely and comfortable, with a cozy bed and a powerful shower. I also appreciated the complimentary products provided.
There were a few downsides to my stay. there were a few maintenance issues, such as mold on the bathroom wall and a lack of hot water in the shower on the morning of departure.
